Green Walnut Apéritif Recipes

by Georgeanne Brennan

Vermouth is an aperitif that is also a key ingredient in cocktails from classic Manhattans to craft cocktails. Here at L’Apero les Trois we make aperitifs. You can think of them like vermouth. Like vermouth, they can be drunk on their own, over ice, with a splash of soda or used to create cocktails.

We’ll be posting cocktail recipes for each of our aperitifs/ vermouths.
