Celebrating the Lavender Harvest

Throughout the weekend, L’Apéro will offer complimentary samples of their ‘Summer in Provence’, a Lavender-Lemon Spritzer, made with Meyer Lemon Aperitif, Berryessa Gap Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, Perrier, and Lavender Syrup from Capay Lavender Farm. Full size drinks will be available for purchase, along with a plethora of artisan lavender products from the farm, including fresh lavender bunches in different sizes, lavender soap, culinary dried lavender, lavender syrup and more.
L’Apéro les Trois will be selling special ‘Summer in Provence’ bottle bundles to make your own spritzer, as well as its eclectic line of vintage aperitif glasses and barware, tea towels, cook books and drink books, plus bottles by the batch, with recipes included.
Special guest: Sherri Wood, Owner Capay Valley Lavender Farm Saturday June 17th @ 3:00-5:30 PM answering questions about lavender, and telling stories about how she became a lavender farmer at 64 years old.
Free and open to all. Reservations suggested, but not required during the conversation with Sherri Wood.
